Step aboard the legendary Caledonian Sleeper at London Euston and wake up to breath-taking Highland scenery. This 4-day, 3-night (excl. 2 overnight trains) adventure combines the best of the west-highlands, with some deviations to take in some higher peaks and more rugged terrain.
This trip is classified as Intermediate, meaning we’ll be hiking 15-20km per day with up to 1000m elevation gain and loss. Only those with a good level of fitness and experience with some hiking should consider this trip.
Leaving Euston aboard the overnight train to Fort William on Thursday at 8:30pm, we’ll wake up in the Scottish highlands at 8am the following day, where we’ll be hiking between hostels for 3 nights, before returning back on the overnight train on Monday 25th May at 7:20pm, arriving into Euston at 8am on Tuesday.
Starting in Fort William, you’ll hike through glens, ridgelines, and lochs beneath the shadow of Ben Nevis, with the potential to take on the mountain on the first day of the trip.
